got a cobra 29 and its not working right help

    got a cobra 29 that is suppose to be tuned and peaked.. install it in my truck with new coax and ant. the radio comes on I can here people talking but I can not talk to them... I tried and new mic and still same problem.. took it to a shop and was told its a chip gone bad but its been a week and still nothing any idea of whats going on with this radio????

    Take it back to the shop that done the peak and tune. Have them look at it.

    Did they replace the chip? If so, and it still don't work...take it back...or take it to a different shop that knows what their doing.
