I was in Michigan on Sunday at T/A Truck Stop in New Troy off I-94. I was looking at the CB radios in the display case and saw a Cobra HH-38-WX-ST handhandle CB radio with sound tracker system which cuts noise coming in and strengthens signals going out for $93. Is this a good CB radio? What is the range to receive and talk on? I'm asking this cause I have a Midland 75-785 handhandle CB radio its alright but it gets alot of interference which I don't like about it.

Traditionally, hand held CBs do not perform as well as regular CB. A lot of that is due to the antenna used. I suppose if you hooked a hand held CB up to a 102inch steel whip, it would be adequate. Sorry I can't speak specifically to that particular hand held CB.
