Get a test light to see if there is power going to the wire? Plus sometimes the inline fuse for power cord may not look blown, but still could be

I've already put my meter on it there is no power to the wire and the inline fuse ohms out just fine but I can't seem to find a fuse on the fuse panel that is blown

Do a search for fuse box locations for your truck. Frieghtliner has a habit of putting fuse panels in odd places. Behind glove box, firewall, behind driver seat door pillar. With the cascadia cb fuse was behind glove box back in right corner a real bear to get to. On columbias it was easier lift panel where glove box should be and there were the fuses. A diagram of fuse panel may show up online also if your's is missing. Some freightliners have multiple fuse boxes.

I have and have came up empty except for the one on the fender well and the one on the frame. I don't have a glove box but I did check behind the panel

I haven't been in a freightshaker in a number of years, but something tells me there was a fuse panel in the center of the dash on the bottom just in front of the shifter, Try looking there

you didn't hook the power wires to the radio up backwards did you? If so, there's a small diode in some radios that will blow.

I looked at fuse box diagram didn't see a specific cb fuse listed. Is anything else not working? They had a radio fuse but that was likely for the am/fm.

cb power is on same circuit as cig lighter...a y-jumper is installed in dash behind lighter when cb power is spec'd...remove dash panel...look for a thick ga 2-wire harness with t-shaped black plugs..make sure all three plugs in y-harness are pushed all the way in. if they are check ring terminals on back of cb posts for tightness.
