I am at a loss...I receive incoming messages but get no response when asking for a radio check ... the nee ed dle on the cb moves when the mike is keyed....replacef mike, nothing... tried adjusting the s see ettings, still nothing...any clues... thanks.

Check your antenna , at the base, there should be a plastic spacer between the antenna and bracket, had this happen to me a few years back, good luck

SWR ? xternal watt meter may hold the answer, it is possible for the aurio circuit to be working and have a bad final output transistor.inline watt meter may hold the answer.
