When i key up sometimes im not even transmitting ( or its not showing on the meter) but while keyed up i can tap the cb and it starts reading on the meter. Likewise when i go to calibrate, its always different. and the receiving is hand in hand with the tx. Tap it and everything seems to work for a few moments.
