What's good as regards CB's with NOAA channels?

The CB I have now, is the cheapest cobra you can pick up at any Wal-mart. I would like to find something that has Weather channels on it. Also, I would love to find something that not only can I recieve.... but I can transmit back to someone with as well. lol The problem with my radio now, is if someone is to far away, I can hear them, but they can't hear me.

I've looked at Cobra's and Uniden's mainly, and I have my heart set on the cobra brand.
The Cobra 18 WX ST II , seems cheap enough, and has 7 NOAA weather channels and 3 international ones.
However, the cobra 29 WX NW ST, seems like a much nicer radio. It also cost a little more but that's ok. It has the 7 NOAA weather channels, but no international channels.
I do not and have not gone to Canada or Mexico, but would like to eventually. So my main question is, are there any good quality radio's with international channels as well?

Also, does anyone know the difference in qualite of the two aforementioned radios?

Say, if I bought the 18 WX ST II..... is it going to be as poor quality of a radio is the cheapo one I have now? I really have no clue what so ever. I just like knowing I have the extra three weather channels just in case.

If I was buying one of the two that you mentioned .....I would prefer the Cobra 29. It is a far superior radio to the 18 hands down I don't think anyone would argue that point.
