| Changing Mics Anyone know how to replace the stock Galaxy DX 959 with a Road King RK56?. the Galaxy is a 4 pin, 2 bk, 1 rd, 1 yl. the Road King is a 5 pin, 1 bl, 1 wht, 1 rd, 1 bk, 1 bare. thanks. P.S. if these are not connected right will it burn up the radio? |

| Ask your radio shop but you may have the wrong RK. I have a RK56 on a connex radio and the RK is a 4 pin no need to rewire. I am by no ways any kind of expert, but you should be able to find a 4 PIN RK. |

| IIRC, a 4 PIN RK mic for the 959 Galaxy will be the same as for a Cobra 29, should interchange AFAIK. |
