Honk horn radio squeels

I have 2006 volvo and i setup my cb to run on a seperate coax rather than using the factory mount & coax. Sometimes when i hit the horn the radio squeels, Other times i get no noise for a period of time and then it works great. Any suggestions?

Star Red Tech Stuff

If you can find some filter caps at a auto parts store also look to see about a feed thru cap looks like a round silver thing has a screw terminal on each end and a clamp on the metal shell.

During the early years CDE made them and Radio Shack used to carry them, now its like scarce as hens teeth to find and some of the electronic catalouge sites carry them , I have my own preference but its really a Engineers site because of how technical it is.

a Ham Swap may turn stuff up Daytonvention in Dayton Ohio is comming up you may have better chances there around May 2008.

feeding one wire from the horn relay and other to horn, bolt to ground ( Metal BTW ) what I am trying to keep it simple here.

hope this helps
