it could be one of two things.

1. People are ignoring you

2. People are talking over you

try starting out asking for a radio check that can be a way to start up a good convo... even if it is about your radio, and theirs.

If other people cannot hear you, you may have a problem with the coax or antennea. If you are running the factory coax, using 2 antennas, check to make sure that the coax is hooked up in the overhead panel. Get the swr's checked.
