I drive a truck and i have a lil will antenna
i was hoping someone on here would be willing to help a brother out
i will go no higher than 100 and i'd really like weather channels too.

.... well i guess you can try e-bay. but dont go with any of the CB sellers, if you can find some random guy selling his cb you might get lucky.... but at the same time you can also get screwed..... if some guy is claiming he could talk "150 miles away" dont buy the radio, if some guy doesnt own the radio or hasnt for more than a week dont buy it, you gotta be real careful, i mean its a hit or miss, unfortunately its more of a miss than a hit normally...
if i find any on ebay i think are ok, ill let you know.... but its always a risk... and they probably wont be too cheap

or see if your local show has a 29 ltd wx

well i can tell you it wont be peaked... and if you like the weather band you gotta make sure that the wx channels you listen to are on tht radio, that radio only has 3. but i mean anything will be better than a radio pushing 2 watts... although most stock do around 3....

that 3rd one isnt tuned, the first one i wouldent buy, but who knows it mgiht work, the 2nd one ... doesnt strike my fancy... its up to you though. they are cheap, so it might be worth it even if it needs to be fixed... (but maybe it wont)

I got the radio yesterday i htink and installed it today
it seems to work fine
tomorrow i'm gonna hook it up to my meter and see what she's puttin out
i don't know what all these knobs and switches do though
