antennas and the bottom post mirror

has anyone found a way to mount antennas on the newer trucks with the bottom armed mirror bracket? Some of the new trucks don't have a wind dam to mount a satelite radio antenna either

what truck?

the higher you get your satilite ant up the better it will work
