The way I see it is that I am going to be doing a job, why not have the tools to do it right. Plus I am going to be spending more time in my truck than I do at my house and I want to be comfortable and safe. There now that I vented,...... Anyone have any comment on the Uniden PC78LTW ? I have been trying to research CBs and like what this one has to offer and its looks (green backlit). Plus I have been told that it is US made unlike the Cobra, which I believe is made in China. Does anyone know if this is true or have anything to say about this radio? thanks |
Maybe I can help you to understand me. First, I am one of those debt free fanatics. I own my home, my car, my truck (not my Schneider truck). That means if I have to borrow money for something, I don't buy it. I used to be an electrician and over time obtained tools I needed to do my job. Same thing with being a truck driver...I will buy items as I can afford them. A CB is not a priority for me. I know it seems like a miracle that I have survived without one, but regardless of how incredibly evil I appear to be by not buying a CB, somehow I have survived...although perhaps I'll die next week.
