I would put his work against anyones.I have never been anywhere that people did not tell me how clear my radio was.Maybe if all you want is power,he may or may not be the best? But you will not find a clearer sounding radio when they are done.He has always been fair with me,and you are correct about some young ones working there. But they seem to be doing ok,and they stand behind thier work.So if there is a problem take it back.

FWIW, I can put you with the best tech you'll ever find if you'd like. I mean an honest to goodness professional radio technician that will make your radio do the best it can do, safely, without overheating it and shortening it's life. He doesn't do retail though, so buy your radio where you can get it the cheapest and mail it to him. Won't rip you off, guarantees his work and means it, and your radio will love him.
    PM me if interested.

P.S. and his prices are reasonable as well.

Or PM me and I'll put you in contact with a tech that is unsurpassed in ability and knowledge, and his prices are right. (He is the guy other CB shops call when they can't fix something.....seriously!)

Some people are good fixers, and some are good tuners, but rarely do you find both rolled into the same tech. The tune is the most important thing, because that is what people are hearing.

I am convinced I have found both rolled into one. Even before I met him, I didn't go for these "hotrod" mods. I am not a tech or even close, but I had enough sense to know you can only increase the performance, of anything, so far before you start to seriously shorten it's life. I've always been of the opinion it is better to tune it where if performs the best and lives a long life, and if that ain't enough add a linear.

    BUZZSAW Thanks this.
