Pretty cool radio.

I had the earlier version, called the PC-66. It wasn't an XL or anything like that. It was a Taiwan model and had all the knobs on the left side, the channel knob on the right and the LED was in the center with 4 buttons under it. Think mine was a 1984 model.

The surprising thing is no one wanted to give me anymore than $20 for it. And yet I see newer Cobras made in China bring more than that. Never could figure out why.

Anyways are you the one always selling Cobra 148's on ebay? I got one from ya.

Is that echo board the same one Sparkys sells? Wonder does it work thru the PA speaker jack if activated?
