Aren't that great my butt...

I love my Galaxy's. I got a 33 and am actually getting a 44 this afternoon. With my galaxy radios combined with my amp, i'm getting out plenty and the ears are great as well. I have nothing bad to say about Cobras because I have also owned a nice little 25 and it did great, but both galaxy radios that I have used did a far better job than any cobra I have had.

Must be talking about the newer 3 digit galaxy radios. The 2 digit Galaxy's ( ie.... 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99, 95T and others )are very good radios.

As far as the ranger goes i have no idea.

I just got my Galaxy 44 today and it's doing pretty dang good. i pissed some hammie off today. haha. it was amusing...

I like cobras as well. I had a 25 that did real well with my palomar, but i had some issues with it and went ahead and did a little upgrade to the 44. I don't really know anything about the three digit galaxy radios. are they starter radios or something?

They are just regular cb radios with sideband. Basically a cobra with sideband. The 2 digit galaxy radios are 10 meter radios and all components are better quality and more heavy duty.
