In a situation like that... I don't know what to say. A lot of driver keep their radio's off now a days. I'm the same way... Listening to the XM. The only time my radio is ever turned on is if I'm in a state that supports split speed limits, run into traffic congestion, or running with another driver.

I never turn my radio on, but right now I am getting pissed as hell listening to some #$$hole bleeding over onto my speakers for my laptop.
