Battle Creek MI?
Ok i'm new here and i'm not quite sure if this is where to post or not... What's up with channel 19 in battle creek? it's just a siren brodcast continiously non stop. I heard from one person its a base station somewhere a guy set up because a trucker killed his son in a car accident? if that's the case has he stopped using everything that is affected by a truck (toilet paper, clothes, cars, food etc...)?

This maybe 1 of those URBAN LEGEND STORIES! Other then that it is probably just some idiot that has nothing better to do with his time then to aggravate. Some people need to GET A LIFE and he sounds like 1 of them. JMHO

there is an idiot in the area that thinks he or she is funny. they do it just to anoy the #### out of the truck drivers. wait til christmas time, and you will hear christmas tunes. the person has been doing it for a very long time. they just don't have a life.

there has not been enough people complaining about it. plus if uncle charlie did come into the area there would be alot of radios being taken by them for illegal foot warmers.

You know, there is an easy way to stop people like that. Run a bigger box than they do!

Back in the day i used to run a 10 pill Dave made ( 2x8 ) with a stand alone alternator and 2 extra batteries. Anytime i came into a town with some fool on the radio causing hate and discontent i would find the highest point in town and just hammer the hell out of them! It would not take long before their buddies called them and told them that they were getting stomped on by a trucker and that would be the end of that.

No local can stand getting stomped on by a truck driver and in order to save face they would stop. Even had a guy out in Las Vegas Blow his amp trying to get across me. You could hear it hissing and then he was gone!

LOL.....good times!
