Sound like a hater to me. You probably hang out at clowntown and sounds like you'd fit in good there.

Ontario CA behind the west side TA,i think it's called high plans CB. This is one of the very few shops that (i set and watched him) i have seen set EVERYTHING to factory specs and i mean EVERYTHING....and he has all the high end test equipment to do it! He would not do any of the BS mods to it even if i asked,no clipped limiters,no mod kits or swing kits and no NPC/RC mods. He put it completly on freq on USB/LSB,set the bias, set the noise blanker to factory specs, the receive and even set the S meter to read corectly.
I just....for the heck of it...let him do my 99 and i have had nothing but great reports from others since he did it. Even got great reports on it on SSB when the DX was rolling this past weekend. He did charge $65.00 to do the work but it was money very well spent!
If your out there, try them out. -
Hey guy's and gals....I am interested in finding out about Riverview, and anyone in the Greenville/Spartanburg area as well...We moved down here about 1 year ago, and my 29 that I had P/T'd up north is finally taking a dump 12 years later. I bought a new one, but now need a good tech to P/T it, Connex board, and maybe some larger finals, what do you guys think? Also, remember I am a trucker, so I don't have a bunch of money but if you know anyone.....?
I also heard about a guy off of Exit 5 in NC I-85, across from the Citgo, anyone know of him? Roger is his name I think....
Thanks

Call the electronic service center in Elkin NC and they can give you Rays number.
Also. They no longer make the 1969 ( hot/big Galaxy final ) that cb shops put in 29's up untill a few years ago so now you have to have a mosfet upgrade done to it. It works like crazy but it does cost a little more that the old final swap. And if you want a really really good sounding echo board then get one of the new digital echo boards. Just tell the tech you want your radio to sound like a Magnum export radio and they will know the board you need. -

what happened? Do you know of something that he did wrong to someone?
