Texas Ranger model # TR396FC? good radio or cheap junk?

I found a new Texas Ranger CB model # TR396FC on sale for $89.99! Is this a good radio or cheap junk not worth the money?

They are a decent plain jane radio. Better than others in the same price range IMO.

I have one with the re fitted MOSFETs big swinging radio. AM Only Ranger's Version of the 696 F which has been around awhile. Easy to channel for above and below 11 meter band if you are into that.. All adjustment locations similar to the Galaxy 949 mobile.
