LOL.......... sorry no pissing matches here. I don't understand why his list he claims he has in his book.

Is the very same list here [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. same font and all....
But oh well when you don't follow direction's it just cause's more eye's to be watching you...

I sure hope he don't try to bullsh*t a bull sh*tter while out on the road..

Sorry..I am not too good at computers as my wife is the master.As for my info.My grandfater was a trucker,and my dad was one as well....I had a little book and was big on cb slang.And would write down anything i heard that was new. way before cell phones were around.When i was 13,my cb name was "the peterbuilt kid".....anyway..no hard feelings.

I, on the opther hand, use my CB primarily as a business tool, and never went through the effort to come up with a name or handle for myself. I merely pick up the mike, speak into it, and say quickly whatever needs to be said, and then put it back down. It's a tool, not a toy.....

It may be is a tool for you, but not for me. Or used to not be anyway, I look at like a hobby since I have a setup in the house as well.

But I have heard other's who look at like that also. It is not as popular as it used to be. Cell phones and PDA's now days this is the way to communicate.

Yes the slang has changed alot......used to be we used "Good Buddy" now this means a queer...
And there are so many different variations of the meaning's it is almost impossible to decipher some of the conversation's I have heard before.
