Quality Drivers Training Program at Celadon

Did you have problems with the other students "########" about "everything"? and I could use some pointers on pre-trip, if you don't mind. Don't know if you're still here or not, I came in on the 27th, passed my permit on the 30th, and waiting around for the snow to stop so I can get back in a truck.

 

Is anybody out there in Celadon Training now?I have been approved for the march training class and would like some input from experienced students or drivers thats been there.

Im from outta state and wanted to know do you need Indy drivers license and cdl?how is the training going and is there enough actual drive time

 

if you already have a CDL-A YOU will only have to g through orientation or a refresher coarse. The school is primarily for those of us who do not have CDL's. No idea how the pay works but I have heard that there are more trainers coming in to move folks out faster.

I am also at Quality Training for school, Quality is the training provider for Celedon.

 

If you have made contact with a recruiter ask them of the pay scales. Your home time is 7 days of work equals 1 DAY off. 14 days equals 2 days off, 21 days and 3 days off etc.,
