    Please, please, encourage him to do more research. If he's unemployed he may qualify for a grant for cdl school. I worked for celadon and the only people there that I ever met that actually made decent money were the O/O. Celadons school isn't better than any other, but by having their own school they get the benefit of a 1 YEAR LOCK-IN AT BELOW INDUSTRY STARTING PAY. There are better options
