I am in the school right now and I can tell you that it is not a year of teaming it is 6 months.If you go threw the school or they try and make you team you can just to a lease purchase.Is what I am being told.

 

If you don't use their school, what exactly is the training program like?

 

Very helpful information, thank you. But I have a few questions. You said on your first post that the 120,000 mile contract is .29/mile and the 60,000 mile contract is .31/mile, but then you said in a later post you're at 42,000 mile of the 60,000 contract making .29?

Are you still with the company?

 

The training is ok.Only problem I have had so far is just getting time in the truck but if that happens just go and talk to the trainers and there good about getting you on the range or on the road.

 

All I can say to your side note is that is was well said and I agree with you wholeheartedly. I appreciated your honesty and believe that you have to go through something in order to get to something. I am also a believer in going after what you want instead of sitting back asking the age old question, "what if", if you do it, then you want have to ask that question, which is why I have decided to do something I love doing and get rewarded with pay for doing it.

How long does Celedon's Training last...I already got accepted into the CDL program..but I want to know how much money should I bring and do we get that $50 gift card because a lady I talked to on facebook says you dont get one and I also heard it maybe 4 months before you recieve a paycheck and thats a little too long...I dont have rent or a big family..Im 26 years old and have a 3 year old daughter and me and her mother are not together..I would just need to take care of half her daycare expenses and other things she may need and my cellphone bill really..can somebody please shed some light on this please?
