    Pretty much the same.You don't go thru all the school training but usually the same setup.First day usually physical and drug test possibly road test next day or 2 paperwork and going over company policy.Last day tie up loose ends and get assigned a truck.

    For us it is to get the new driver up to speed on how wee do things , make sure he is up to date on the Rules / Regs / HOS , get familar with dispatch , shop and his truck.
