Hmmm. If I understand your question right...the far left dial has an off position.you can buy a USB adapter in any truck stop.

 

Not trying to be a smart ### but does the truck have an owners manual? It would probably answer these and several future questions you may have.

Ive driven 5 prostars and they all did that.
About the best you can do is turn the knob that is furthest to the right all the way to the right ( defrost setting ) and let the air flow out the top of the dash .

Differential lock( 8x8 ) - on the dash there is a row of switches , one of them controls that . thee others are 5th wheel slide / lock ,
parked regen & dump air suspension .

 

Even sitting still? If it stops or slows way down when the truck stops then try turning the knob on the right to "MAX" that should close the fresh air door, stopping the outside air flow. In the picture you have it on defrost that should close it too. If its still blowing out of the dash vents set the way it is in the picture either the controller isn't working right or the blend door actuator isn't working or if it has a cable it might be broken. I'm not sure exactly how the Prostar is set up Rawse drives one maybe he can help.
