Celadon SE Preferred

So I got offered a job with Celadon, doing regional SE preferred. Is there anyone out there that has done it, either in SE or or others that can tell about some stuff?

1 Avg miles weekly?
2. Website says weekly home time as much as they can? How consistent is that?
3. Buddy of mine told me Celadon is switching to Auto's (better MPG), is that true? Anyone have one?
4. Whats their dispatch like? Alot of waits, or pretty consistant?

Any general heads up would be cool!
