Celadon truck equiped

This is a continuous thing about them digging into the driver's pocket to fund their trucking operation. Quite the scam..

 

It's in the lease/contract between Knight and Celadon. Celadon is allowed just 14 trailers there (count next time you're there and you'll see it's BS) but always have twice as many. Only the local driver is allowed to park his tractor there when he's at home. You're expected to go to a truckstop (Pilot or Petro) if your next load is on it's way into the lot, within a "reasonable" amount of time. And DO NOT EVER go inside to use the restroom, it's simply not allowed and you'll get reported to Celadon, AND escorted off the property. Oh, and the truck wash....not happening either.

 

Well, you are on another company's property simply for trailer storage. I wouldn't expect to use the truck wash or be able to use any of the facilities.
If you're feeling brave, I think you can park at the hotel across the street. I wouldn't...I value my life. Lol that place is double fenced for a reason!

 

I have to clarify about governing at 62 mph. The trucks are governed by a program called 'driver rewards.' If you have excellent fuel economy then you can do about 65 and half. Not sure how it works but is done on averaging, so you can have poor economy and have your governed speed reduced, but then get fuel back on track and get the max speed allowed. They had reprogrammed my computer and the best I could do was 62 until they reprogrammed it again and then it went back to 65.5.
