    Any of you Celadon drivers know if Celadon makes there drivers run NYC or the boros?? I didn't know if it was forced or let up to the driver if he wanted to go.

    not many companies are forced NYC. seems,from what i've seen, they are either "no NYC" or optional

    Some are forced. star, maverick, smx, USX, and a few more I know of.

    I used to run philly a lot, both in a box and when I was with maverick.

    Best way is to go in during the "wee hours" especially in Philly - no traffic so if you get turned around its a little more forgiving. In Philly if you go in during the day for a late evening delivery, you're liable to be blocked by parked cars from people coming home from work. They don't give a crap that you might have to move your rig.
