had it about a month now, love it. have not been anywhere that has 4g service yet, but Sprint's 3g is really fast. I'm surfing in South East North Dakota about 50 miles south of Fargo with it's WiFi hotspot feature. Really quick, downloads youtube videos with no problem, forum websites, like this one load like a breeze. I download podcasts on my Ipod, it even has an FM radio! Seemed really weird that a super high tech phone like this would have such a low tech feature like an FM radio, but sure enough. It uses the wires of my headphones an the antenna and if it finds a decent signal it can give a good sound. It's bigger then a Blackberry and an IPhone, but I'm still thrilled to have it. It has so many features I wont really use, but with all the Android Apps that are available, I'll find lots of features that I will use.

Anyway, imo, it's a 5 star piece of equipment. If you have sprint, save up some money and definitely buy this phone if you're even a mediocre techy like I am. It really makes having a laptop and Ipod better with great WiFi connectivity.

I've been wanting to get the EVO for awhile now. Our contracts with our Blackberry's haven't reached the point where I can get a deal on one.

Plus, I thought you had to pay extra for the EVO and it's service. Don't know how the wife will be about that. lol

I have had an EVO since they came out..... I have been very happy with it.
The only complaint I have had with this phone is the battery life, but I think that's an issue with a good number of "smart phones".

Where I am at I get the 4G service and when connected to that I get faster downloads on my phone than I do at home with my 5meg cable connection.

I have never been able to log onto this forum with my phone.
Is there anything special that you have to do?

Donot know what the forum looks like on the EVO(since I don't have Sprint) but I just pulled it up on my Blackberry Torch and it looks the same as it does on my desktop. Neat, no mobile version.

So here is a question, does the Sprint EVO have a full browser or a mobile one? I have a full browser and like the fact that what I see on my desktop is what my phone sees unless the site has a default mobile version.

Dolphin HD, and Opera Mini are the two browsers I use for this forum.

If it is web capable, just type in the address, and surf on over...log in with you username+password!! On an I-pod now, works fine on a droid Phone too!!
Great way to kill a few minutes.
Just watch your data usage unless you have a big amount...the very limited data plans some folks get are fine for e-mail, but will be used up in a day or two surfing.
