Vonage SUCKS! People, I am here to WARN you to never get Vonage! I canceled my account months and months ago and they KEEP billing me even though I have placed chargebacks on my card! I phoned them THREE times to cancel and e-mailed them...I get a bill this AM AGAIN!!! I sent them an e-mail and they said I have to call in even though I have THREE times already! I am so freaking hot at Vonage, I cannot stand them. I am going to call them again at work because, of course, they aren't open now...I am seriously going to get a lawyer if this keeps up....Vonage is RIDICULOUS! They are like the MOB...once in, you cannot get out!!! Do NOT Get Vonage! They SUCK! __________________ . He-He, yeah! I had Vonage too. It sucked big time. They try NOT to cancel you. I'm surprised you haven't gotten the Account Retention Representative, who tries to talk you into staying and offers you the world and his first born if you stay with Vonage. Go with packet8. They are cheaper by $5 a month and non of that BS when you cancel.
