Basically, though as long as I have a cell phone signal I can use it, which is almost always.
CDMA (on the Sprint and Verizon Networks) is FASTER than the GSM network that ATT/Cingular uses.

3 in the mix

Right on,

Well looks like we now have 3 air cards in the mix:

AT&T 59.99 for unlimted use and good coverage depending on the connection.

Sprint still waiting on the Cost, has good coverage "may have a problem with western states" good unlimted usage.

Verizon 60.00 for unlimted use, but has issue with being over charged with unlimted usage package.

Good informaton keep it coming

You can check out Centennial Wireless. They're regional around Louisiana, and up in Indiana, but anybody can get a plan. I can tell you one thing, if you want to get into rural Louisiana, you can kiss the Sprint and Verizon coverage goodbye.

NOPE, as I stated; if you get ANY cellular signal, you will have Sprint internet....SLOW, but internet none-the-less.

Sprint Unlimited is $59.99 a month if you also have Sprint phone service with the "Vision" plan.

Slingbox TV connection

What's the cost for Sprint Unlimited if you do not have Sprint phone services? My cell is T-Mobile.

After futher research looks like Verizon and At&T might be out of the mix becuase of the 5 gig streaming issue with Verizon not sure about AT&T.

Looks like if I'm wanting to use Slingbox for viewing TV Sprint might be the best carrier to go with for all around support for wireless connections.

Anyone use Slingbox for watching TV and use Sprint? do you know what the monthly fee for both services would run? anything close would be great.

Looking for one air card that would support internet connection and TV service down the road. I'm not wanting to find out the hard way with multiple purchases of cards.

Verizon is NOT unlimited. It has a limit of 5 GB a month. And it's $60 with a phone - not sure how much without.

If there is ANY cell phone coverage (it DOESN'T have to be Sprint), you WILL have internet using a Sprint card. I don't know how many times I have to say this.
