| Hey guys I'm kinda worried.. My dm has really been failing me here lately.. Thewhole time I've worked for central(3 months) and I have a whole 6k miles. I have made many attempts to tell her I have a family to support and bills to pay. I set a low goal of 2600 a week. I know that's not hard in our buisness.. But will there be drastic measures to fire my dm and hire a new one or will they just flag me as a whiner? Does anyone have a suggestion for a dm that will run me into the ground with miles? I need that to survive. Lastly.. If I go lease owner.. What can I expect in the miles department? Maybe a 4k a week? That's my only honest problem with central.. They won't run me. |
