Its mixed , if you drive down the road for 8hrs that 33-36% should be reduced to 0 when the day is done not have a lingering 15% . Another ploy to get money out of drivers much like their leasing sham

My boss doesn't stay home or in the office or in his car without running the air or heat... I aint staying in his truck without heat & air.

Now, I have to say, they have never said one word to me about idling. These people have been good people to work for so far. They have been good to me.
I idle quite a lot. Very seldom am I parked that I dont idle. If the temps are comfortable out, I will turn the truck off. If its more hot or cold than it would be in my pickup, at home or at work in the office... I start the truck & turn on the heat or air. End of story.

Ah... Yeah, they have... It was a company driver (that we knew from our training period). Not sure what her % was, but they charged her for the fuel she used while idling... However her truck was malfunctioning and registered her idle even when turned off. Not sure how it was resolved. Lost touch with her.

One company I kept getting warnng after warning for idling and I didn't even idle.I would go to bed with idle lie10% trk off, wake up it would be live 90%.The fuel dept and I went round and round over this.So I get to the terminal they do some technical work and come to find out there was a glitch in the QUALCOMM.I call the fiel dept and said somebody owes me an apology,i'm just doing my job mamm.Makes no difference you argued with me from day 1 over this. You need to quit doubting ever drivers word and then hung up.Was I ever pissed at him.
