Swift transition is making me crazy

    As far as the transition, by now you can see that there a few of us here that are watching. We will gladly try and help in any way that we can as far as answers and what we do. Just ask. Myself, L/O and I know one other that is also watching.

    Hey appreciate it !!.

    I think one of the things that is making this so hard is not everything transferred in the system right .
    And then when u ask a question no one ever answers cause they probably don't know so now we are left hanging out here .
    Like I asked , I said so where in this new system does it tell ya if its a preloaded trl and or a drop at final destination.
    Got nothing back , so I sent it again . Its been 4 hrs . Lol

    So I have a pick up tomorrow @ 6 am don't know if I should be there early or if I should wait the extra hr and get my 34 hr reset, cause that's how long I have been waiting

    It's in the load assignment destination message.
    DL = Driver Load
    P/L = Preloaded or Live pickup
    DUL = Driver UnLoad
    L/D = Live or Drop delivery

    I have been waiting 6 hrs from my company to tell me that and they still haven't gotten back to me .
    I appreciate it.
    Dam its a live load .. lol. Welp gotta be there a bit early I guess , oh well tis life .

    So how do we get comchecks for lumper services now, and trl washouts ?
    While ur answering questions . Lol

    To request lumper pay use Mac 40.
    You'll also need a lumper receipt book and Comchecks, which are available at any Swift terminal.
    They will load the amount to your ComData card. Then you call ComData to register the funds with a Comcheck number before you give the check to the lumper.
    You will need to fill out the lumper receipt in the book and scan it in with the lumper receipt that you get from the lumper with that trip's paperwork.

    For washouts I would imagine you would use the Mac 28 - Company Advance Request.

    For anything like this, make sure you scan it via TransFlo or a terminal scanner before Wednesday at midnight if you want to be reimbursed on the next pay check.

    Sometimes on a trip that is a preload, the loaded trailer number will also be listed in the trip origin message.

    Ok so we have to have a lumper receipt book , we can't just scan the receipt the lumper service gives us ?
    Yet another thing we wer never told . Lol. This whole thing wasn't thought out real well . Lol

    if the lumper service gives you a receipt then you just scan that in. you only need to fill out and scan a lumper receipt book form if the service doesn't provide you with a receipt.
