Swift transition is making me crazy

Oh needless to say I moved . Lmfao and they didn't say a word.
Only to get a 1100 mile load that had 4 days to deliver , I was like no no no , I can be there tomorrow evening , wtf... so I drop in the morning a day early . I can deal with that.

 

Hey guys, I'm a new driver, long time lurker, and unfortunately I don't have many options as far as leaving goes. I've been stuck under a load for 56 hours now in Minooka that customer service can't get the right delivery number for. I've gotten 400 miles this week and since I can't deliver the load I probably won't get paid for it until the next pay period. I'm a company driver I feel like I'm really at the bottom of the totem pole.

My last fuel stop was at a Swift terminal and they aren't set up to provide reefer fuel or DEF and getting authorized for another fuel stop has been a headache.

When I was in training I loved driving for Central but this merge has been a wreck so far. I'm really hoping things improve. I can't even pay my tuition.

 

Yup goin the crowd , 600 mile load I have been sitting on now for 3 day don't deliver till 5 am tomorrow .
Getting fuel at swift is not and option for me as well , I called and told them they put a swift terminal as my fuel stop again ill run this truck strait outta fuel , and they knew I was not kiding . Lol

This better get figured out , or I forsee another empty truck in their lot .

 

I emptied out last night. Now Im sitting at a truck stop waiting for a load. Have a feeling I might be sitting here all weekend! :l

 

Hey me too , well I have a load just can't get rid of it till the morning ,
I had to sit in Texas for two days to even get this load , well almost two days total.
Sent a message in saying there is a shopping mall a few miles away if ya need me call cause I will be out of the truck .

The weekend staff are complete... just... I'm really frustrated.

It's been 70+ hours and now I'm dealing with these guys. It's like they don't read the messages, take hours to respond to you, and when they do it's complete ########.

Do the DM's not fill in the night/weekend staff before they leave? The load I'm sitting was already 8 days late when I got it, now it's 12 days and counting. I've got another load I'm picking up at the same place and it delivers Monday night in Ohio, I still haven't received the correct pick up number for that and we all know how USCS is about their numbers.

I'd call human resources if I thought it would do any good. I'm stuck at this #### pilot eating Arby's and trying not to go through my emergency stash of food. If I was an L/O I don't know how they would expect me to make a #### truck payment if they can't give me any miles.

 

Im in Michigan with 50 gallons of fuel I wouldnt make it very far. and to make things worse a few hours ago some idiot hit my bumper with his trailer tires and didnt want to fess up to the deed! Just black marks and scrapes on the side of the bumper but I had to call in a claim none the less!! ugh!

I sent 3 messages today none got answered , and u can't get anyone on the phone .
We will see how this week goes , my truck goes into freightliner on friday , and I may not be the one picking it up .
