I am wondering how everybody is doing in the new system. I'm struggling with it. Tried to use comdata for scale and it didn't work. No more additives on the card?
Was in the Swift terminal in Jonestown, Pa when we had a storm come thru, safety wouldn't let anyone leave the yard for most of the day. I was shocked at this. I've been out driving thru far worse than what we got that night. I could see trucks going up and down the interstate all day.
Another Central driver couldn.t get fuel using his card at the terminal and nobody inside could help.
I ask questions, nobody seems to have answers. Swift drivers were sitting around watching TV, like nothing seemed out of order.
Was sent on a wild goose chase for a load that didn't exist. {grrrrr} Spent 4 hours waiting for someone to get back to me, gave up, left the shipper and headed to a truck stop. Didn't hear from anyone until the next day. Nobody ever read my messages, and wondered why I didn't deliver the load.
My total week consisted of a 50 mile load and a 86 mile. What the heck is going on? This is not going well at all.
Swift transition is making me crazy

I've been maxed out on my 70 for some time now.
I don't know what is going on with the Central drivers, but it seems to be out of the ordinary.
Maybe Swift jumped into this too fast, and without enough planning.Lady K, scottied67 and miynis63 Thank this. -

This is to much , I was told a hour ago , oh we are 500 loads short till monday . I said ok well then I am moving from the rest area I am at to a place that has food and shower. Got a reply back said " don't move u don't have a load "
Hahahahaha yea ok whatever that was 2 hrs ago . Lol and needless to say I am not at said rest area anymore
I am going home in 2 weeks , and I am gonna make a decision as to wheather I am coming back .
I mean people not getting paid, and I had 860 miles last week . I can't live on that let alone pay bills at home , now I am out worried about if things are gonna get paid at home or not idk this is just not gonna work I don't think .
I don't want to give up , but #### sitting here with no money is helping my decision a lot . Loldog-c, newbietrucker007, The Challenger and 1 other person Thank this. -
