What next with Swift ? Or don't I want to know.

So I get a call from my bank today , here swift is taking 700 dollars out of my account with out telling me about , or anything.
I mean really can a company take money out of your personal account ? Is that even possible.
If so, the next thread I start will be about my next job .

Called several times thismorning , and they keep giving me a voicemail and no explanations as to why this is going down .

Yes...payroll system can give and take

We were over paid once where I worked....soon as they realized the mistake they went in and retrieved the funds.

That's not right and there should be a law against that.Companies should talk to the person on the account first. So I guess is what the bank is saying ,employers can get into your account and take/steal money from you because afterall employers are honest and only take what is owed to them.

Yes unfortantly when you sign up for direct deposit it also allows them to take as well. Typically there's a max they can take each day. Only way to stop it is to have your bank block that depositor

Maybe that's how SWIFT plans on paying for the purchase of CENTRAL by using Employee investment by direct $ withdrawl

I agree something should be said before.. I wouldn't just keep trying payroll since they won't answer. Keep calling everyone until u get to the bottom of it. I wouldn't move another mile till getting an answer

Ok well after aa hour or so , finally got a phone call from swift payroll dept.

This is technically not swifts fault , but I should have been told tho.
This is all CENTRALS fault .
My pay was loaded onto the comdata card ( never told that either untill today ) swift had payed me the same amounts and realiEd the mistake , so the pulled the money .
So this gets Swift off the hook , well kinda . Lol

I still , and they didn't answer me to why I wasn't contacted , so that I am a little unhappy with to say the least.
