Help Us find Missing Alzheimers couple

I'm not a trucker, but I am asking for your help in finding My aunt and Uncle , they have been missing since March 13th 2008 , My aunt has dementia and is diabetic and my uncle is in the last stages of Alzheimers, My aunt was with a caretaker at the time but she somehow managed to get the keys and drive off, They were last seen in East Lynn West Virginia, heading towards Wayne West Va., but some seem to think they were headed towards northeast Ohio, and others seem to think they were headed to florida, they lived in both of these places at one time or another, and also lived in North Carolina, we have had so many searches going on air land and boat, mostly in the west va southern ohio areas, we need everybodys help in finding them and i know you truckers are out there all over, they were driving a dark Blue Ford Focus license plate Ohio Dez -5765, they were from Crown City , Ohio , my aunt gets really confused, she may have turned off the interstate and just lost track of where she was, , we are thinking maybe they got on I 77 , maybe headed south and got turned around somewhere and tried to come back , there's so many scenarios out there we are just trying to think rationally and irrationally, because we just don't know ,
any help would be appreciated
thank you so much

Search for Couple with Alzheimer's

Quote:
WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va, (WSAZ) - West Virginia and Ohio State Police are still searching for Patty and Willard "Bill" Frye. The husband and wife have been missing since Thursday. Patty has dementia and Willard has Alzheimer's.
The couple's grandchildren say Patty also has diabetes and she does not have her medication with her.
They are from Crown City, Ohio but were last seen in East Lynn, West Virginia. Patty was driving. The family believes she may have been headed to Grafton, Ohio, where they lived for several years. However the family says they don't have any clues as to where they could be headed. And say their grandma gets confused easily and does not know her way around.
They are in a dark blue Ford Focus with Ohio registration DEZ-5765.
If you've seen Patty or Willard, call the Wayne detachment of the West Virginia State Police or your local police department.

More here ........ WSAZ

Skeletons found in W.Va. may be Grafton couple’s

Skeletons found in W.Va. may be Grafton couple’s
Cindy Leise | The Chronicle-Telegram

Authorities in West Virginia are investigating whether the skeletal remains of two people could be a former Grafton couple, Willard and Patty Frye, who both had Alzheimer’s disease and went missing nearly two months ago.

Willard Frye, 76, and his 72-year-old wife were last seen March 13 in the area of East Lynn, W.Va.

Their blue Ford Focus was found Tuesday and the remains were found Wednesday, according to Rose Perry, office manager for the West Virginia State Police.

“We have found two skeletons located a distance from the car,” Perry said.

She said they were taken to the Wayne County Coroner’s Office in West Virginia for examination.

Another state police representative said the car found near Cabwaylingo State Forest was behind a hill and was not visible from the roadway.

In an earlier interview, Kathy Bernard of Medina, one of the couple’s children, told The Chronicle-Telegram that the couple had lived in Grafton until 2004 and had lived in North Ridgeville.

.com. The Web site contains photographs and pleas for help.

A posting from the family stated that the couple had been out with Patty Frye’s sister for lunch.

Patty Frye became upset because her sister wanted the keys to drive them home, and she instead decided to drive herself, according to the Web site.

But a posting on the site also said the woman would not have remembered how to get home to Crown City in southern Ohio or to Grafton.

Just days before she went missing, she told her best friends in Grafton that “her and poppa were going to come up and visit them,” the posting stated.
