No, it's going to be Wednesday before I get to that. I am selling my Dodge Dually and the guy is flying in tonight and picking it up tomorrow. I also have my DOT physical tomorrow so will put the call to recruiter off until Wednesday when everything settles down.

I don't know if this will answer your question, but they are advertising in newspapers.
DRIVERS: Truck Driver Join the leading LTL team and be home at the end of every shift. Con-way Freight is experiencing tremendous growth.
I would look on their site and see what jobs are open.Last edited by Spurs; 08.16.2011 at 07.36 AM.

My brother in law works for Conway Freight in OKC, if you're wanting to get on a LTL route alot of times it hards to do. I know where he works you have to start out on the docks and work you way up,When a route comes up you have to put a bid in and who ever has the highest bid(seniority) gets that route. But it may be different at other terminals.

they are two different companies under the same umbrella corp.
if you wrk TL after a year you can apply to freight and start over.
or you can work for freight doing the docks and work your way up the boards.
like most ltl outfits they prefer 1 yr OTR exp.
but I have heard students going right out of school
centuryclass and jakebrake both would have more info on freight.

hi all?
How is everyone getting along with conway TL, I'm thinking about trying them first. My GF want to team with me and they sound like a good start for her to get experience. I have been driving for 4 yrs and she is going through the motions to start school now.
