Ok so I interviewed with Conway passed, took a drive test passed, took the pee test physical and agility test and filled out all the paperwork and seem to be waiting on the background check. Question is how long does the background check take. I am ready to work and can't wait. Also anyone have any info on the OKC terminal? I was told they have temp drivers so I know I am going on the Flex board but I should get better runs than the temps right? Thanks guys.

To my knowledge with Conway the whole process takes about a month, I know they use an outside agency to do your background check, so probably 2-3 more weeks with them(did they send you for your dot physical yet?). Also you will probably be on flex for a while, and I heard they put you in where they need, so you could be running line haul a lot which I heard could be the hardest job at Conway. Soak up your experience here, Equipment is good here, but I heard you do a lot of hours depending on your terminal. Good luck and be safe.

Thanks, yeah I have done the physical and the agility and the drive test. I hope I didn't have to wait a month.

Yuckie I understand why this is titled fright.

I'd be scared to working for a terminal with no door knob on the men's restroom. :D

Plz park your pup not blocking the sub service section. Plz & thank yous.
