Hey !

I'll see you at Joplin tomorrow. They have 3 seating areas at orientation. You'll be far right, and us finishing the program will be far left .. stop and say hi .. I'm Steve, tall thin dude.

Well guys, it didn't work out for me, I got screwed up on the obstacle course and I am now back at home. That sucks because I really was looking forward to driving for Con way. I did learn a lot in the three days I was there, especially about shifting. Kelli is a very good instructor. I wish all of you the best but now I have to start looking again.

I'm really curious about this.

Was this the obstacle course at Joplin? Or an obstacle course at Crowder?

I know things have changed since I was there. But damn ??????

It was my last understanding, new hires that were "students" would attend a week at Crowder, then go with a trainer. Has this changed again?

Most students were allowed lower scores on the Joplin course, since they would be getting further training. Sounds like that may have changed also.

I can't imagine they would fail him after 3 days at Crowder. Shoot, I think the obstacle course was one of our last tests, we had all week to work on it. I'm curious to hear the whole story on this myself.
Maybe they're just trying to weed people out early. There is supposed to be a crazy waiting list of new drivers waiting for trucks.

I was at Crowder for three days and I was doing fine until the obstacle corurse bit me in the ###. Things haven't changed danc694u still finish Crowder then go with a finish driver. I did get to practice the course one time before the test and I done really well, but the next time I drove it, on the last tire, I hit it and I was out of there.
