Hey liz7489, I sent my resume in to Con Way LTL in Marshfield MO. I'm a new trucker, had my class A since Feb 09 with about 10,000 OTR miles. Waiting on my Haz Mat background check to get to the DMV, then I can get the Doubles/Triples and Haz Mat added to my license. The guy at Con Way said as soon as thats done to call him and he would bring me in for an interview, said he was to keep hiring drivers until they told him to stop! The add in career builder did not say anything about how much experience you needed just that you had to have Haz Mat and Doubles/Triples. Hope this helps

There is no set amount of experience required across the company. There are some guys with 15 years here that have never driven another truck.
