Stay far far away from Covenant, for a christian owned company it is full of liars and backstabbers. Their 45 days of training and the 30 days of trainee and trainee training is HELL you set more than you drive. I drive for them will soon have 3 mths of driving exp. and I am going to get as far away from them as I can. Since going solo my average take home is less than $300.00. No miles and always getting dinged for something. Insc is very costly also.

Keep looking around....

I wouldn't choose to start my driving career with any of those companies.

Check out the Trucking company DAC report on this site. It's very informative, and could help you make a better choice.
