Any feed back would be great

Ok anybody out there that currently works for Covenant or has worked for Covenant that can tell me about the company? I am going to be going through a cdl traing class at a local college near where I live. Possibly looking at applying with Covenant. Hows the pay for new hires? Is it per diem? How are the benifits? How is the home time?

Just a suggestion, rather than posting the same thing all over the forum, perhaps do some reading, and utilize the search feature, and if you find a company that is of interest to you then ask some questions. I think you will get allot more info, and help that way.

There are some great threads on all those companies - or most anyway. I did a ton of reading, it took me about 10-days to get through all that stuff. But I was able to make a determination. So Mastertech's suggestions is valid.

Once I got through the reading, I still had questions, mostly because I forgot what I read and what applied to what company - so I would suggest taking notes or put it into a "pro & con" table. But still, lots of info out there!

It was also fun playing the requiters against what the people here said. I got them in several lies. But don't push it, if you do you won't get your foot in the door.

Well hopefully you are out working now.

They are forbidden to recruit from my school. Several of our grads reported being out for 2 months or more. Covenant refuses to let them come home.

Also more than 1 report of trainers doing drugs in the trucks.

Praise Jeebis!
