Is it possible to become, and remain a company solo driver with CREngland, or like most training companies you eventually have to team one way or another?

Most of them had to company team drive with a random person for a couple of months but eventually got a solo position. One of my students got into the intermodal division and makes about a grand a week and is home every night. Another one got into the green line fleet and is home every Thursday and Friday.
You may be waiting in SLC a couple of weeks for a company team driver position to open, that's why some guys become L/O because they get tired of waiting.Little Whistle Britches Thanks this. -

To answer the OP:
Yes, it is possible to become a solo company driver. You aren't forced to train and you aren't forced to team. I for one do not train, even though I'm a phase I trainer. I don't have the patience to train. I don't team with people I don't know either. It's a trust issue for me. -
