About the pay scale CR ENGLAND SUPERPAY!

    fm http://www.crengland.com/owner/index...gjobs/superpay

Am I reading this correctly, to me it looks like the pay scale goes down the more miles a driver runs the less he gets paid

    OO/Lease Op
100 miles @ 1.53 I understand if I run 100 miles I would get $153, but if I would go 101 mile I am only going to get
    101 miles @ 1.28 I understand if I run 101 miles I would get $129.28

    or as Company Team
    100 miles @ .44 = $44.00
    101 miles @ .42 = $42.42

The only "super" about that pay is that it's "super low"!

yes .... if the trip is longer than the pay per mile is smaller
maybe you should look at the 700plus rate and see if it is agreeable

Believe it or not it works out quite well. I worked for marten transportation and they did the sliding pay scale like this and I made quit a bit more than at fla rate companies where you only make .33-.35 cpm no matter how long the run is. After you factor in per diem your tax liability is way lower this way.

CR England are the Amway of the trucking world. Lots of promises, lots of "if you just had tried harder!" Its a scam, just like Amway. Think Im full of it? Test me! go to ANY Truck Stop and wait for an Independant to pull up in his/her tricked out PeterBuilt etc.you know the kind. Yhen ask them,"So,what do you think of CR England? and how many loads to you take from England Logistics?" Dont feel bad, there not laughing at you...
