As for CR England I never drove for them, but there are alot of negative things about that company. But some drivers are a success with that company and some drivers are not. What I know and heard about CR England is they force drivers to lease at the beginning and if you choose to go solo you will have to wait for a truck. For their miles it would depend on your fm and how hard you would want to run. Look through their threads and you will see many experience other drivers have gone thru.

CR England is very, very bad. Worked for them for 1.5 years. Started out company in 2003 and was only making .25 cpm. Went lease for the 6 month demo lease they had. 3 out of 4 paychecks each month were $0...and home time was nearly non-existent. Now i hear they are making everyone go lease. Left and went to NFI after all that in 2005.

So exactly what do you call it when a trainee finishes training and they tell him they don't have any company positions available. Then they give him the option to go home and wait for who knows how long or sign on the dotted line and you can lease this shiny new truck and get after it today.

Exactly what word best fits that? hmmm?
