you are working WAY too hard for that $73K.....
Riffman, drvrtech77 and chalupa Thank this. -
Exceptions to the rules always remain a necessity to keep certain facts and lies both pervasive and allow company's like c.r england to jam this crap about how great their companies are.
Never worked for C.R, but let us know if you wind up in a you tube video about how awesome their company is. -
It's nice that you're successful, but, why do you even care what others think? Personally, I wouldn't work for any company that forced teams; running teams would be my worst nightmare. Many new drivers don't realize how horrible it is to be stuck in a truck with some other guy 24/7. Some relish the idea.

It's not an opinion, it's a proven fact. They are a horrible company!

England sucks. They re like a casino. They have to let a few people win and advertise for to attract all the losers .

Let that guy calling an AA allin with 94 off suit and win. That way they think they have a chance and deposit.
Less than one year experience and training? It takes a good three years to learn the ropes even if you are intelligent. The blind leading the blind. That plays a big role in today's trucking and the quality of student prepared for a new career.
But keep up the good work. You are a rarity. Your efforts would bring more at a better company. My trainer in 1995 made $85K a year because they gave the trainer all the trainee's miles. That's 18 years ago. Today they decided that was too much and realized they can keep part of that money because new drivers know no better. No way would I put my life in some rookie's hands. All it takes is one brain fart while you are sleeping and we see your name in the news.
You already seen if you go home you go in the red. Should things really be that tight? What happens when your truck is in the shop for a week or two? What kind of benefits are you getting? Have you started a retirement plan? Medical? Started saving for a house?
Take that $72,319 and buy a phone that has periods and commas on it!
