CR ENGLAND fired for not breaking dot laws....

i'm not sure where the "very few companies will hire you with less than 2 full years" comes from. granted, a lot of really GOOD companies want 2 + years, but heck, Boyd Brothers and Melton will take ya with as little as 2 months just to name a few.

 

I run for CR England, I know this to be a flat out lie! Your DM will never ask you to run illegal! EVER!!! If your 5th wheel was placed in the wrong location...that is your fault and your responsibility to get it moved to the correct location.If you had students cuss you out...why didn't you kick them off your truck? I have! More than once! There are so many untruths that people speak about England. If you work the program and do what your supposed to do you get paid very well.

 

I can picture all of this happening to a guy at cre. We never had anything that bad, but it does happen. I agree with Dewey, you will probably be happier somewhere else.

 

Back when I ran western regional with CRE 3 years ago my DM would call me on the phone and tell me to off duty drive to make an ontime pickup. Of course he never put that on the Qualcomm.

 

The old off duty drive trick while heading in the direction that your next load is at before it shows up on the Qualcomm. I think they don't allow more than 2 hrs of off duty driving now thanks to people who took advantage of that.
