No They cannot! just to add to everyone's posts already. I had a Friend that attended C.R.England's infamous "school" ( i could totally go on forever about how they create this serious illusion of a good company and how misleading and poor they are to there employees) . Well my freind, whom i have known now coming up on 16 years, decided to go with C.R. England's trucking school and was seriously disappointed to say the least. They tried to tell him they could revoke his license if he did not complete his Commitment of 9 months to forgo paying the tuition, and they had him sign a loan agreement in which they got the money up front from a loan company ( everyone in the the final stages of orientation was required to do this he told me) and the money's from the loan was then supposedly put into some sort of escrow account collecting interest, in which C.R.England Keeps, then it was payed back to the lender after the students 9 months commitment was complete as a cdl licensed professional driver OTR just to add to the pain. So yes its a Government issued CDL as someone did state already, but they have no revoking powers. Only scare tactics, poor ethics, and poor respect for Students and Drivers alike. Well if you wanna know more you can review the Students accommodations, housing and whatnot. The place my freind was going to stay in when they booked em in Gary Indiana was The Village Inn , which is owned by C.R.England, and is also been closed for Lice, Bedbugs, ####roaches, and health and Fire hazard violations. Its still closed i googled it before i wrote this just to see..lol, well the place he did end up at is a health hazard as well and is owned by them too. The Hometown Lodge in Hammond, Indian almost 15- 20 miles from the school and 1 vending machine, staff is rude and the nearest place to get food and supplies is 2 miles away, no restaurants ..nothing. No Breakfast as well. . He was fine before he got there, and was sick all month and a half he was there from the uncleanliness of the place and everyone else was having issues too he said...ugh Well good luck & Take care...Gab

I dont know about the rest of that list, but prime has done good by me so far. And I mean real good. Far from a bottom feeder, those if you wanting to do a company sponsored school should check them out. Seriously.

CRe was on my list too, for all of 10 minutes of reading on here....

I used to drive for CRE and no, they can't revoke a cdl. There are currently class action law suits against cre and a number of federal investigations. My advise, since he's already there, he finish phase 1, if he can. They also have a very high wash out rate. My class had 128 and only 8 of us made it to "certified solo driver" status. After his hard copy comes in the mail, RUN!!!

I know this is an old Thread, I was at England's school in Burns Harbor, and one of our class mates had to go home for a few days to get something signed off by his Dr. and found out that England did have his CDL Revoked, I had to find out how this was possible so when I went to have my CDL test which I passed and as per Englands standard CR England use's there company Credit card to pay for your test. so if CR england wants to they simply call the Indiana BMV and revoke there payment for your liscense and presto your license is no longer valid. So as long as you pay for it yourself and of course keep your receipt they can not revoke it in this maner.

Riiiight. As was already said...if your CDL is issued...it's issued. Period. This persons CDL wasn't "revoked" because the payment hadn't even cleared and the state hadn't even processed their paperwork. Seriously...if you're going to quit a CDL mill that's paying for your CDL...at least wait until you've got some indication that their payment processed and the CDL was generated by the state. Some indication of that happening might be receipt of your CDL in the mail, lol.
